Mark Hoffman Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Hoffman and Betty Hoffman (Jones); and his brother Dennis Eugene Hoffman. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kimberly McIntosh of Decatur; his children, Tabitha Beanland of Arkansas and Jonathon Hoffman of Decatur; his sister Marylin Chaney of Decatur; and his grandsons, Joshua Scheibly, Jacob Hoffman, Collin Beanland and Wyatt Beanland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
