We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2021, at the age of 68, Mark Eugene Quinlan of Decatur, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mark Eugene Quinlan to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Quinlan and Betty Quinlan; and his wife Gina. He is survived by: his children, Mark Quinlan Jr. (Melinda) and Lisa Hopkins (Gary); his brothers, Richard Quinlan, Jami and Dana Daniels (Rick); his sister-in-law Rhonda Dunlap; his stepmother-in-law Virginia Gard; and his brother-in-law Michael Pedersen (Amy). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the Macon County Honor Guard.

“Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss in Mark's passing. I helped teach the Conceal Carry classes with Jim Owens. I visited Mark a few times at his home. We only live a few miles apart.
