She was predeceased by: her son Murray Jay "Shot" Bohnert. She is survived by: her former husband Herbert Joseph Bohnert; her daughter Cherry Mozelle Bohnert Benson; her former husband Dr. Earl Ray Ellis; and her stepdaughter Rebecca Ellis. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
