She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Rice and Lois Rice (Zimmerman); and her son-in-law Scott Nesler. She is survived by: her siblings, David Rice (Sharon) of Blue Mound, Lloyd Rice of Lafayette, CO and Delores Rice Logue (Bill Koretke) of Decatur; her grandchildren, Anna Shuler, Emma Shuler, Jack Pipkins, Ada Pipkins, Lynn Throneburg (Derek), Lisa Shotts (Brad), Andrew Nesler and Ben Nesler; and also, Lori Shuler (Brad), Linda Pipkins (Ken) of St. Charles, MO and Lisa Nesler (Becky Marsh) of Chesterfield, MO.

December 7, 1937 - October 17, 2018 Marian Webel 80, of Decatur passed away at 6:15 p.m., Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Heritage Health in Mt. Zion, following a battle with Alzheimer's disease.
