We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2024, at the age of 93, Mariam Louise Conaway of Decatur, Illinois, born in Illiopolis, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mariam Louise Conaway to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bloxam and Lottie R. Bloxam (Adams); her husband Charles Conaway; and her children, Mike, Peggy Conaway and Angie Constant.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Bodine (Mike) of Mt. Zion, Frank Conaway (Charlene) of Oreana and Jo Beth Colvin (Rick) of Springfield, IL; her children-in-law, Sheila Conaway of Harristown and Jon Constant of Kirkwood, MO; and her sister Shirley Lindemann of Newton, IL. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren and sixteen great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Calvert & Wikoff Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Mt Zion, IL 62549). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
