She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Brown and Hazel Brown; her sister Linda Plambeck; and her husband Mike. She is survived by: her daughters, Marta DeThomas of Colorado Springs, Marilyn Maurer of Chicago and Michele Palma (Giulio Palma) of Chicago; her grandchildren, Bradley, Anna DeThomas, Luca and Nicolo Palma; and her niece Amy Tymeson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 2450 S Franklin Street Rd, Decatur, IL 62521. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at the Fairlawn Cemetery (1600 W King St, Decatur, IL 62522).
