It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta M. Mullen (Decatur, Illinois), born in Pana, Illinois, who passed away on April 17, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Andy and Lula Cora Brown (Clutter); her spouse Jack Mullen; her siblings, Robert Brown and Rozetta Morehead; and her daughter Carol Mundell.

She is survived by: her children, Randy Mundell and Stacy Rowe (Erik); her siblings, Jim Brown (Leah) and Connie Young (Steve); and her grandchildren, Joshua Mundell, Jacob Mundell, Colton Fortner and Mallory Houser (Justin).
