He is survived by: his children, Lonnie Troy Lewis and Loni Rochelle Lewis; his siblings, Michael Charles Lewis, Margaret Ann Sanderlin, Linda Marie Wilmoth, Connie Joan Malone, Colleen Elizabeth Lewis and Christie Ann Smith; and his granddaughter Haley Lauren Coffin.
