She was predeceased by: her parents, James Morris and Melinda Kell Morris; and her brother Bill Morris. She is survived by: her children, Jim Proctor, Steve Proctor and Stephanie Maddox (Darin); her sister Betty Plankenhorn; her grandchildren, Shelby Younker, Michael Proctor, Mason Proctor and Dixie Proctor; and her close friends, Cleo Rose and Fran Coffman.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the West Decatur Church of God (4500 W Main St, Decatur, IL 62522). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at the same location.
