She was predeceased by: her parents, John Christian and Beulah Mae Swisher (Collier); her spouse Merrell L. Mahan; her siblings, Mary Robertson and John Swisher; and her grandson Brian.
She is survived by: her sons, Loren Mahan (Sherri) of Decatur, Jeff Mahan (Dawn April) of Keota, IA, Merrell Wayne Mahan of Warrensburg and Brad Mahan (Michelle Flynn) of Wellman, IA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
