She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo McCarty and Georgia McCarty (Hill); her husband Joe Lowe; and her daughters, Debbie Black and Donna Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Lowe, Jr., Brenda Schuessler (John), David Lowe and Becky Weaver (Mark); her sister Donna McCarty; and her grandchildren, John Schuessler, Andy Schuessler (Alli) and Nicole Whittington (Frank).
CDC guidelines will be followed, masks are required and everyone entering the funeral home will have their temperatures taken and screened for COVID-19 related symptoms.
