It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Learnie Ray Fulk of Decatur, Illinois, born in Flora, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Fulk and Bertha Fulk (Uebinger); his wife Pauline McRill; his sons, Stephen Fulk and Richard Fulk; and his siblings, Maxine Thomas, Everett Fulk, Jr., Gene Fulk and Tommy Dean Fulk.
He is survived by: his son Timothy Fulk (Cheri) of Mt. Zion, IL; his sister Rowena Newkirk of Flora, IL; his grandchildren, Yona Michelle, Stacey, Stella, Katy Sanchez (Adam) and Laife Fulk (Kelsey); his great grandchild Amelia Sanchez; and his close friend Renie Halverson.
