She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert James Foshee and Corene May Foshee (Tubbs); and her great grandchild Baby Carlos. She is survived by: her husband Keith Welker; her daughters, Melissa Flaherty (Shawn), Melinda Whitacre (Charles) and April Welker; her grandchildren, Tesla, Phoenix, Stephanie, Robert, Destiny, Adam, Elizabeth and Kyle; and her sister Carolyn Bacon. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
