He is survived by: his former wife Alice Stalker; his children, Scott Allen Phillips (Maggie) of Copenhagen and Lauri Ann Phillips Young; his wife Gwen Wilborn; his daughter Laura Young Chatham (Jason); his grandchild Sdyney Caldwell of St. Louis; and his siblings, Rudy Phillips (Pat) of Surprise, Johnny Phillips (Vera) of Lawton, Robert Phillips (Janice) of Louisville, Richard Phillips (Cindy), Kent Phillips (Sharon) of Decatur, IL., Carolyn McCaskill (Irving), Sandy Mickle (Joe) of Decatur, IL and Debbie Palmer of Bloomington, IL. He is also survived by the second of nine siblings.
