He is survived by: his brother Charles Howell (Nancy) of San Jose, CA; his children, Pat Howell (Anita Rarrieck) of Lake City, Lisa Jinks (Danny Lehman) of La Place, Rick Howell of Oreana, Michael Howell (Kathi) of Cerro Gordo and Darlena Fecho of Decatur; his stepchildren, Lorie Sitman (Tom) of Wellford, SC, Suzanne Murphey (Danny) of Decatur and Kevin Lane of Decatur; and his granddaughter Megan Jinks. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
