She is survived by: her parents, Marty Collins and Lisa Collins (Walters); her son Braylen Eugene Collins; her siblings, Anthony Kuizinas of Decatur, IL, Zachary Collins of Decatur, IL, Jeremy Melin of Decatur, IL, Cori Collins of Champaign, IL, Codi Collins (Bear) of Decatur, IL, Janice Mitchell (Marcus) of Lovington, IL and Haley Jordan of Decatur, IL; her nieces and nephews, Morgan, Willow, Zoe, Skyler, Logan and Ryder; and her grandmother Mary L. Collins. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
