He is survived by: his wife Lori Lynn Hess; his children, Tisha Hawkins (Harry), Michael Bell (Jennifer) and Kevin Bell (Liz); and his siblings, Richard Bell (Julie) of Decatur, IL, Doug Bell of Decatur, IL, Dave Bell of Decatur, IL and Cindy Bell of Decatur, IL. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
