He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Verdusco and Kenneth Walter Greenwell Sr.; his daughter-in-law Kim Greenwell; his grandson Ezra Morrow; his siblings, Diane Thomas and Larry Greenwell; and his close friend Kay Eldridge.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Greenwell (Portwood); his children, Cristina Greenwell, Steven Greenwell, Josiah Greenwell (Jill), Zephaniah Greenwell (Chelsea), Rachel Morrow (Joey), Hannah Osborne (Josh), Jeremiah Greenwell (Rachel), Rebekah Sheffer (Ian), Leah Unverferth (Matt), Caleb Greenwell, Miriam Greenwell and Eve Bronitsky (Alex); and his brother Michael Greenwell (Marsha). He is also survived by 41 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maranatha Assembly of God (555 W Imboden Dr, Decatur, IL 62521). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
