He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Wheeler and Phyllis Wheeler (Seeley); his children, Kenneth Wheeler Jr. (Jennifer), Phillip Wheeler, Chauncey Wheeler (Amanda) and Andrea Elliott (Newton); and his siblings, Deborah, Donna and Johnny. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren.
