It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kendrick J. McKay (Decatur, Illinois), who passed away on April 26, 2025, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Kenyadda Horne and Victoria McKay (Wallace Hall); his child Kaylen McKay; his grandparents, Carlotta Horne, Calden Hill and Angela Shields; his siblings, Latoria McKay, Kenyadda Horne Jr., Aking Taylor, Sharmesha Williams and Kenslee Horne; his niece Arabella Williams; and his cousin Camron Smith. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Walker Funeral & Chapel - North (790 E Mound Rd, Decatur, IL 62526).
