As Judith Kay departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Judith Kay. Though Judith Kay may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tosh and Florence Tosh; her husband Edward B. Hall; and her sister Shirley. She is survived by: her children, Charles'Chuck' Hall (Kellie), John'Sonny' Hall (Kathleen), Becky Barringer and Ronda Hall; and her brother John'Bud'Tosh. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the The Salvation Army of Decatur (229 W Main St, Decatur, IL 62523).
