Hawks Jr.; her daughters, April Trusty (Daryl) of Maxwelton, WV and Christy Denney (Scott) of Springfield, IL; her grandchildren, Dawson, Eli Trusty, Parker and Addison Denney; and her sister Karen Middleton (Dave) of Jacksonville, IL.. She is also survived by her kids and grandkids.
