She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Harold and Helen Marie Bonds (Laskowski); her husband Ronald Keith Perry; her children, Ronald Keith Perry, Jr., Laura Butcher and Jeannie Perkins; and her sisters, Janice and Donna.

She is survived by: her daughter Shirl Baum of Mt. Pulaski, IL; and her siblings, Richard Bonds of Decatur, IL, Diane Bonds of Decatur, IL and Glenda Sinnard of Mt Zion, IL. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

“So sad to hear this, Joyce was just the sweetest person on earth. She was so loving and kind to everybody, my kids absolutely loved her. She was aunt Joycey and that tickled her to no end. We used to have so much going rummaging and breakfast every friday while she was married to my brother Jef. RIH sweet lady, you will be missed.”
