We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2018, at the age of 78, Joseph Biggs (Decatur, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his children, Virginia Bragg (James), Marybeth Garner (William) and Patricia; his parents, Harriet Esther and Joseph Cumberland Biggs; and his siblings, Rex and Ruth.

He is survived by: his children, Thomas Biggs (Cheryl) and James Biggs (Darlene). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 17 great-great grandchildren.
