He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Sloan and D'Arbra Sloan (DeFore); his children, Megan Nelson (Scott) of Melbourne, KY, Samantha Carter (Cameron) of Royse City, TX, Brooks Gailey (Joshua) of Harker Heights, TX, Brandon Sloan of Monument and Barton Sloan of Herriman, UT.; his siblings, Judd Sloan of Union, KY and Amy MacLee of Vernal, UT; and his close friend Pat Atkinson of Florence, KY. He was also cherished by 22 grandchildren.
