He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Frankovich and Kathryn Frankovich; his parents-in-law, Daniel and Anna Shay; his siblings-in-law, Bill, Margaret Reedy, Pete Genta, Jim and Jane Shay; and his niece Colleen Legge.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Shay; his children, Mary Budreau (Tim) and John Frankovich (Janice); his grandchildren, Katie, Andrew and Allison; and his sister-in-law Patricia Genta. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
