He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blair and Martha Blair (Walker); his siblings, Donald Blair and Charlotte Fernandes; his son Timothy Blair; his grandson Joshua Riley; his brother-in-law Leroy Freesen; and his wife Sandy Blair (Hitchcock).

He is survived by: his sister Bonnie Freesen; his children, Jimmy Blair, Judy Gonzales (Pedro), Thomas Blair (Carrie), Julie Blair-Myers (Kirk), Jennifer Mesnard (Ken) and Sherry Shepherd (Rob); and his significant other Jill Donohue. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; many special nieces, nephews and friends.
