He was predeceased by: his sisters, Jerri Sue Hendricks and Jackie Almer. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Hendricks; his son Andrew Hendricks; his stepsons, Mark Calvert (Lori) and Jeff Calvert (Jill); his siblings, Jeanine Craig and Jeff Hendricks (Judy); and his grandchildren, Zachary and Corissa Calvert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the Clinton Fire Department.
