He is survived by: his children, Dustin Kramer of Decatur, IL, Melissa Kramer (Jacob Clark) of Decatur, IL, Starr Kramer of Gillette, WY and Ariel Kramer of Decatur, IL; his siblings, Cindy Kramer of Tennessee, Mike Kramer of Decatur, IL, Scott Kramer (Lori) of Maroa, IL and Kelly Tyler of Conroe, TX; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Iris, Neveah and Sycani.
