She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl W. Kater and Lucy A. Pritchett Kater; and her granddaughter Rachel Wood. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Castelli (Kristy) of Argenta, Laura Sherrer of Springfield, Don "Billy" Stevens (Kattie) of Oreana and Michael Dickson of Argenta; her grandchildren, Joanie Butler (PJ), Victoria Castelli, Emily Castelli, Ashley Wood (Alec Jarnagin), Matthew Wood, Samantha Wood, Donavin Stevens, Torey Stevens, Kaitlynn Stevens, Drew Donoho and Jillian Golden (Mark); and her siblings, Wayne Kater and Lucinda Clark of Decatur.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with assisting Michael and his transition to living in his new home with Jeff and Kristy.
