As Jean departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jean may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jean leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Franklin Spangler and Elmer Spangler; her husband J. Neil Goretzke; and her daughter Nancy Brechnitz. She is survived by: her son Bill Goretzke (Linda) of Simpsonville, SC; her son-in-law Erik Brechnitz of Marco Island, FL; her grandchildren, Nicholas Goretzke (Ashton) and Katelyn Kent (David); and her great grandchildren, Mills and Hudson.
