It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Daniel Poling (Decatur, Illinois), who passed away on December 4, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jay Daniel Poling to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Poling and Ruby Poling (Copeland); and his sister Margaret Giles. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dubson; his children, John D. Poling (Robert Lowery) and Stacy E. Hayes (Pat) of Decatur, IL; his sisters, Winnie Thompson of Malta, IL, Sara Knobloch of Rochester, IL and Mary Mann (Steve) of Milmine; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Katie and Colin. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
