She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Cloyd and Pauline Cloyd; her husband Larry Gerhardt; her brother Larry Cloyd; and her grandson Samuel Malleos.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Hockaday (John) of Forsyth, IL., Nick Malleos (Randy) of Naperville, IL. and Lori Gilbert (Shannon) of Forsyth, IL.; her grandchildren, Luke Hockaday (Tessa), Rachel Petersen (Tyler), Joe, Jack Hockaday, Zach Gilbert (Amanda), Josh Gilbert (Alicia) and Ben Gilbert; her great grandchildren, Hazel, Houston, Hatcher Hockaday, Shep, Cal, Nolen Petersen and Bentley Gilbert; and her sister Jean Tracey (Gene).
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
