She is survived by: her children, David Reed (Brenda), Condia Perry and Lynesha Moore; her siblings, Eileen Hawthorne (Elgin Jr.), Mark Smith (Debra) and Pervy III Smith Bloomington (Yvonne); and her sister-in-law Elder Patricia Clark. She is also survived by her children, 10 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
