He was predeceased by: his parents, Sequel "Zeke" and Linda Montez (Burrows). He is survived by: his siblings, Tammie DeLatte (Thomas) of Key West, FL, Kimberly Ruiz (Ken Arjes) of DePue and Anthony Montez of Davenport; his significant other Andrea Osborne of Decatur; his daughters, Isabella and Olivia Montez; and his stepdaughters, Jordyn Osborne, Kaylynn and Kiley Fandel.
