He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester James Forbes and Loma Oral Forbes (Abbott); and his brother Morris Dale "Jake" Forbes. He is survived by: his wife Barb of Decatur, IL; and his children, Jeffrey James Forbes of Edwardsville, IL., Sheryll Ann Bagley (Chris) of Bethany, IL and Kimberly Sue Sifford (Rick) of Bethany, IL.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
