He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Moore and Wilda Moore (Daniels); and his wife Linda Henderson. He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy H. Moore (Jennifer) of Mt. Zion, Andrew R. Moore (Deana) of Decatur and Jonathan D. Moore (Bekki) of Decatur; his siblings, Kathy Weaver (Ron) of Decatur, Ron Moore (Judy) of Murfreesboro, TN and Scott Moore (Traci) of Decatur, IL; and his grandchildren, Connor, Tyson, Emily, Allie, Adley and Carson.
