He is survived by: his girlfriend Betty Anderson; his siblings, Booker T Springfield Jr. (Jennie), Freddie Springfield (Angie), John W. Springfield (Dian) and Dorothy Sanford (Harry); and his children, Isaac Hudson, Terry Musgrave, Jason Hudson (Jaqueta), Lisa Ray (Adrian) and Ashley Hudson. He is also survived by several grandchildren, one great grandchild, and many many friends.
