She was predeceased by: her parents, Myoung Chon Ko and Chong Suk Yi; her husband George Leland Parks; and her granddaughter Sydney. She is survived by: her children, Lee Parks (Melody) of Mattoon, IL, Erik Parks (Brigitte) of Aurora, IL and Nancy Parks (Gunner Aron) of Hartland, WI; and her grandchildren, Gabriel, Madison, Ava, Addison and Hunter. She is also survived by her four brothers.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials to the Korean War Veterans Association or American Diabetes Association.
