He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Carter and Floretta Carter (Rackey); and his brother Cecil Carter. He is survived by: his son Robbie Carter (Christa); his siblings, Brenda Chandler, Charles Carter (Carolynn), Rick Carter (Pam), Kelly Schindler (Cletus), Craig Carter and Corby Carter; and his grandson Kaleb Carter.
