Helen Cotner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Cotner (Decatur, Illinois), who passed away on February 21, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Seifert and Genevieve Gertrude Seifert (Durbin); her sons, Michael Cotner and Bradley Bower; her brothers, Dwain Seifert and Dwight Earl Seifert; and her grandson James Cotner.
She is survived by: her spouse Junior Morris Cotner; and her children, Alan Bower of Palm Coast, FL, Kathleen Bower (Carl Holt) of Decatur, Steven Bower (Marcia) of Raleigh, NC and Anne Watts (Gene) of Decatur. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Association.
