He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Dewey, Sr. and Lucille Baker (Warmoth); and his wife Patricia Marie Foster. He is survived by: his children, Patricia M. Baker of Springfield, IL, Harvey H. Baker, Jr. (Cindy) of Decatur and Michele M. Nelson (Bill) of Decatur; and his siblings, Joann, Lucille, Eileen, Betty, Mary and Tom. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
