It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Potrafka (Decatur, Illinois), born in Boody, Illinois, who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Potrafka and Betty Potrafka; his wife Marcia; his granddaughter Audra; his son Erik (Lorena); his granddaughter Victoria; his son Jared; his sister Karla Miller (late Doug); his parents-in-law, Fred and Sylvia Kania; his sisters-in-law, Cynthia Cashman (Matt), Gloria Brennan (late John) and Kathy Kania (late David); his goddaughter Faith Sherry (Peter); and his grandparents, Carl, Frieda May, Hank and Frieda Potrafka. He was also cherished by daughters; and the Potrafka cousins.
