He was predeceased by: his parents, Momie Cox and Annie Cox of Decatur, Illinois.; and his wife Nancy Annis. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Mank (Terry), Londa "Lucy" Willenborg (Rick), Douglas Cox (Sylvia) and Andrea Pursley (Mark). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
