She was predeceased by: her parents, George Evans Sr. and Luella Glass; her husband Robert Barron; her son Robert Evans Sr.; her siblings, Eddie Evans, George Evans Jr., Victor Evans, Victoria Evans and Emma Britton; and her grandchildren, David Mann Jr., Albert Evans Jr., Shalamar Evans and Marcus Evans (Antonio Evans).

She is survived by: her children, Jill Bailey, Albert Evans Sr. (Marilyn), Willulla Brown (Rickey), Tammie Evans, Jacqueline Mann, Overseer Andre Barron and Michelle; her brother Michael Evans (Jackie); and her sister-in-law Rita Washington. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 85 great-grandchildren, and 37 great-great-grandchildren, along with a host of cousins and friends.
