He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie; his daughter Terry McGee; and his sister Ruby "Maxine" Hopkins. He is survived by: his sons, Richard McGee (Brenda) of Michigan and Mario McGee (Christi) of Decatur. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
