With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George David LaMasters of Decatur, Illinois, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on May 30, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. LaMasters and Rose LaMasters (Davis); his son David LaMasters; and his sister Virginia Ethridge. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Idle (Bart), Karen Hernandez and Cheri Briggs (Ray). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
