With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frankie J. Russell of Decatur, Illinois, born in Williamsville, Missouri, who passed away on June 5, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel F. Bone and Hazel C. Bone (Fike); her husband Rondal Russell; and her daughter Marcella Ann Russell. She is survived by: her children, Randall Lee Russell of Troy, MO and Brenda Lynette Russell of Decatur; her grandchildren, Alisia V. Russell, Lora E. Pilcher and Stephen Pilcher; and her great grandchildren, Amari Pilcher and Riley Russell.
Due to current restrictions, COVID-19 guidance will be followed, requiring face coverings and limiting attendance to 10 guests at one time.
