We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2019, at the age of 78, Evelyn Irene Samples (Decatur, Illinois), born in Macon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Lloyd and Wanetta Pearl McCoy (Duncan); her husband Owen David Samples; her daughter-in-law Lori Samples; and her siblings, Buck and Imogene.
She is survived by: her children, Lloyd David Samples, Kaye Storey (Mike) and Kimberly Lemire (Richard); her grandchildren, Zachary David Samples and Meghan Elizabeth Samples; and her siblings, LaVern McCoy and Ilene Henrichsmeyer (Larry).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Irene's memory to St. Meinrad Seminary, 200 Hill Drive, St. Meinrad, IN 47577.
