It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eula Mae Spates (Decatur, Illinois), who passed away on July 15, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Baltimore and Willie Baltimore (Bond); her brother Robert Baltimore; and her son Michael Griffin. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Manns and Tracy Manns (April); her siblings, Charles Baltimore (Karen), James Baltimore (Gertrude) and Barbie Rogers (Billy); her granddaughters, Ashley Manns and Paula Manns; and her great grandchildren, Miyah, Nyomi, Jaeden and Kahalil.
